the staff was friendly. the food at dinner had good variety and fresh omelets were made at breakfast. the location has a supermarket within a short walk, providing easy access to necessities. the hotel also features reliable wifi in both rooms and common areas.
I found only a couple of power outlets in my room. this limitation made it difficult to charge multiple devices simultaneously. the bathroom setup required unplugging lights to charge essential electronics. This was an inconvenience.

the staff was helpful. adil, imad and isimce helped us a lot. they spoke good english. taxis were easy to find just outside the hotel. public travel was available too.
the hotel Could use updated rooms. even so, they were clean. the beds were still comfortable.

the staff was very friendly and approachable. the entertainment team really were pretty good, engaging guests in activities with smiles. the supermarket is a short walk away, convenient for anything you need. i found the food to be good, especially the omelettes cooked fresh at breakfast.

The staff displayed a good friendliness. I felt welcome. The food was especially great. I found the variety to be plentiful and there was an omelet station I frequented. The location proved convenient, and I appreciated the proximity to a supermarket and other amenities. It was very easy to get whatever I needed.
The gym equipment could use some updating, BUT I was still able to get a good workout in.

The hotel presents a very modern atmosphere. It is similar to other hotels located near the airport. The games room and two swimming pools offer ample entertainment options. The bar provides alcoholic beverages to guests. The rooms have air conditioning.
I found that the pool lacked sufficient service from the staff. I also noticed a playlist repeating continuously throughout the day. I would have liked to see more variety.
